Office Building in Düsseldorf

This concept has been developed in collaboration with caspar.schmitzmorkramer GmbH.

This 9-story office building was designed to provide the maximum area of high quality lettable office and retail spaces.

The site sits in a prominent point between the historical city center and the high-end developments from the late 1970s. The newly designed building complements the entire city block perfectly and together with its sky garden creates the best work environment in its surrounding.
