Residential Complex in Włocławek

We’re delighted to announce that our project was awarded the first prize in the competition announced by the City of Włocławek.

The main goal was to densify the city quarter determined by the Cyganka, Żabia and Brzeska streets in the historical city center of Włocławek in a way to create a coherent and yet modern city quarter. 

Our premise was not only to close the frontages of the plots, but also to develop a consistent architecture inside of the block, which would result in decreasing the existing “heads and tails” aesthetic of the area. Together with the internal park and several smaller semi-public spaces the quarter has gained a green sequel which, despite being divided by the property lines, creates a continuous urban interior for the residents not only to meet, chat and play but most importantly, to build a healthy local community.
