3rd Prize Competition Winner
This concept has been developed in collaboration with caspar.schmitzmorkramer GmbH.
The aim of the competition was to create a complex of four residential buildings harmonizing with an apart-hotel.
The geometry of all five buildings allows to maximize the amount of sunlight in the apartments.
Both acoustic and visual comfort of are also increased by the fact that the buildings are bound together by a newly designed park.
